Flying Aces is the first true dogfight Combat Flight Simulator for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Sit in the cockpit of an F-15 Eagle and take off from the USS Eisenhower or from the desert airbase at Fightertown USA. Flying over the Persian Gulf, you will fly head to head against enemy warplanes. Your mission is to shoot down as many enemy warplanes as possible and return to base. Should you need to reload, you may also return to base and land where your crew will automatically reload your plane with ammo and get you ready for more action.

this game is so much fun i love it only thing is they need to incress max alttitude
This game is awsom. It is worth atleast 10 $ It is such a well put together game. The controls are easy to learn and right were you want them. Please add online play. I am not the best but i give this the best rating. Well Done.

I love this app. Had a bit of trouble getting it to load after the update to version 2.7 but sent a message to support and they got me up and running pronto. The problem I was having was that I couldnt get it to load past the splash screen after updating, but support suggested deleting the app from my iPhone and then re-installing. That was the end of the problem. Worth much more than the price. Nice work Snakehead...
Some bad moments
This game is really bad, the graphics are terrible the game play is unbearable. You just have guns to start and the target is almost impossible to shoot down. This game is not worth 3 bucks, in fact it is not even worth it even if it was free.
Terrible flight model (very linear and unreal), poor graphics that dont draw you into the game at all, overly simplistic weapon controls and no expansion to additional weapons packs. Overall, one of the worst flight combat games available. If the game have better missions and a story line, you could maybe overlook the graphic deficiencies...but thats not the case. Save your money. Buy HAWX if you want amazing flight combat with awesome planes, weapons, missions, graphics and in-game rewards/promotions. Buy X-Plane Carrier if you want as close to real as you can get in a flight model with a bit of a combat mission element.
I hope the developer expands this game to include lots of planes, lots of weapon packs and lots of interesting missions...there is the seed of a good game here, it just need time and attention to detail to help it mature.
Worst dogfighting simulator with very touchy controls for turning it is such a waste of money just get tom clancys HAWX It is 100x better than this game
So my 9 year old wanted a good flight simulator game but we made the mistake of not reading the review. We thought it was a very cheap version of a fighter pilot game.
This app would be really cool if you could land on a carrier or refuel in mid air. And where is the Tomcat or Hornet come on! One more thing make where you can look at the jet on the outside while flying 4 stars for now. Good job!
this game is wack, so touchy... when u turn it turns way 2 much, and when u take off u almost flip over and u crash ... i want my mony back
